Return / Refund Policy

Do not hesitate to approach us for a return. In case if you are not happy with your purchase, believe us we will be more than happy to help you with your return / exchange / cancellation request.

Shipping Policy

www.informels.com is committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within a given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday and Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost. How is the delivery charge calculated for multiple units? The shipping charge is specified separately for every product. For multiple products ordered the programme adds up the total of all individual shipping charges. Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each product. Thus the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices except Octroi, if applicable in your region. There will be Extra Octroi charges for shipment to Maharashtra Region. How long does it take for an order to arrive? Orders are dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 4 to 10 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. What if I the product is received in damaged condition? If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Cancellation

In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched. For cancellation write to us at support@informels.com with your order number. or call us our helpline number.

Return

The return claim has to be made within 2 days of receiving the product in order to be eligible for a refund. The product must be in the original packaging, unused, and undamaged in any way. The return claim would be accepted after due inspection of the product.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (within 7 days), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. or we send the new item as per your requirement, we adjust your amount if the price of product not same.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Sometime tax amount will not refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For cash on delivery payments, We will require your bank account number or UPI ID's and a telephonic verification to issue a refund. It may take up to 7 business days.

Eligibility

We accept returns or exchange of only unused, undamaged, and unwashed items with tags, in original condition & packaging. Therefore we recommend you to ensure original packing, with tags & in good condition, in case you wish to return or exchange any item due to any reason. Products bought without any special offer are only eligible for an exchange / return (the product should be of the same or higher value). Refunds or Store Credits for special offers / sale / are not applicable also on more than two item only one will possible to returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Any product with a change in appearance washed, used, or returned without tag / original packaging will not validate the return or exchange. Else, we may return the merchandise. Our Quality team reserves the right of any final decision on returned items after reviewing the original condition.

We'll schedule a time with you and instruct how to return or exchange. our shipping partner to pick up the item if possible otherwise you have to send the item on our address. We'll instruct you how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
